Los Patios Privados (in Mirador) has started construction. Workers are on site. Picture taken March 4, 2008.
Torre Mirador (yes, located in the Mirador area) is putting up steel. Workers are on site. Picture taken March 5, 2008.
Placita Aviana is under construction on the corner of Boulevard Fremont and Sinaloa (next to Hacienda las Fuentes). They have completed the Banorte and are working on the rest of the commercial development.
La Casa del Habano opened recently in Plaza Fremont (across from Hacienda las Fuentes). Obviously, they sell cigars. Picture taken March 4, 2008.

Next to Harbor View, Terranova and the Fonatur office is a new restaurant called Terramar that just opened in the last week. I'm assuming they are somehow affiliated with Terranova as they have virtually the same name and logo. Picture taken March 4, 2008.
The new Rocky Point Plaza, anchored by the Super Val supermarket, is complete. It is located on Benito Juarez on the way into town. Picture taken March 5, 2008.

The IMSS (social security) hospital being built in Puerto Peñasco next to the General Hospital has unfortunately been plagued by cost overruns and delays. It is still not complete and the job site looks pretty quiet. Picture taken March 5, 2008.

Esmeralda (on Sandy Beach) has delivered their first phase and are working on Phases 2, 3 and 4 (out of 7). The job site looks pretty quiet, but I may have just been there during lunch. Picture taken March 5, 2008.
The Marriott Hotel job site at Penasco Bay (on Sandy Beach) is undergoing some pad preparations. One worker moving dirt with a bulldozer so far, but I guess that counts as breaking ground. Picture taken March 5, 2008.
A friend of mine sent a few pictures of the Mayan Lakes construction underway. Pictures were taken on March 18, 2008 and he indicated construction workers were on site when he visited.
